Corporate Counsel Women of Color (CCWC) equips women of color entrepreneurs with the tools to compete in the 21st century marketplace. That’s why they award small business grants to individual applicants who are women of color entrepreneurs. The Corporate Counsel Women of Color Grant Program gives a $2,500 grant to each of the recipients.
Women of color business owners are often overlooked and underserved when it comes to access to business funding. We know it takes money to start and grow a thriving business. By investing in women of color entrepreneurs, we are helping our community of minority business owners gain economic power and build wealth.
Evaluation Criteria | CCWC Business Grants for Women of Color
All applicants must meet the following criteria:
The business must operate in the United States
The business must be established as of January 1, 2020 with an EIN number
The business is a legal for-profit business
The business has generated over $25,000 in revenue since January 1, 2020
The applicant must be at least 18 years of age at the time of submitting this application
Benefits
The CCWC will award five (5) $2,500 business grants to women of color entrepreneurs. The review committee will review submissions on a rolling basis, and grants will be awarded to winners and finalists in January 2024 and January 2025.
